Mistissini Crees visit Spence on 25th day

Living only on tea and fish broth, Attawapiskat Chief Theresa Spence has been demanding a meeting with Prime Minister Stephen Harper since December 11th, to talk about the relationship between the federal government and First Nations. Aboriginal people across the country along with many Quebec Crees are showing their support. From Mistissini, Jane Blacksmith and her husband and friends drove to Ottawa to present Spence with a new woodstove and firewood. She spoke with Betsy Longchap just after meeting Spence.
