Mistissini and Stornoway Mining company have signed an Impacts and Benefits Agreement that bring the Renard Diamond Mine one step closer to reality. The Renard project is located 250 kilometres north of Mistissini and will be the first diamond mine in Quebec. Work is set to begin in 2013.
