BC Diary Association responds to call for changes

Some food safety experts rule changes around cheese made from raw milk. Raw milk can be used, if the cheese is aged 60 days. But some studies show bacteria can live longer and rule changes are needed. Date Eto is CEO of the BC Diary Association.
