The soup kitchen for Vernon's needy pets

Pet owners can find themselves struggling to make ends meet in this economy and now they can find help. This January a soup kitchen opened for pets in the Vernon area. On Tuesday the "soup kitchen" will hand out food and treats to animals for the third time.
