Mike Bernier: "Best practices" needed for fracking

Mike Bernier is the mayor of Dawson Creek and a first-time B.C. Liberal MLA for Peace River South. He plans on stepping down as mayor. He also says he's committed to supporting "best practices" for fracking. He spoke with Andrew Kurjata.
