Lawyer outlines human rights tribunal case against Tim Hortons
Four Mexican workers claim their right were violated while they worked at two Tim Hortons in Dawson Creek. They have filed a complaint with the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal in Vancouver. Leisha Grebinski spoke to their lawyer, Eugene Kung of the B.C. Public Interest Advocacy Centre.
