Former SNC-Lavalin CEO arrested

A bad year for Montreal engineering firm SNC-Lavalin gets worse. On Wednesday, anti-corruption police arrested the man who was the company's CEO until 8 months ago. Mike Finnerty speaks to financial crime expert Michel Picard.
