Big and small, the Kamloops Film Festival attracts them all
From low-budget to blockbusters, from comedy to documentary and from oscar-nominees to locally shot flicks. This year's 17th annual Kamloops Film Festival has something for everybody when it kicks off this Thursday. Mark Wallin is a professor at Thompson Rivers University and he tells us more from his capacity as the chair of the festival.
