Josh and the Armchair Mayor: North Shore business

It may not be fair, but Kamloops' North Shore has something of a rough reputation. Drive down Tranquille road, and it's easy to see some stores have had a tough go. Now the area's shops and restaurants have someone new looking out for them. There's a new manager of the North Shore Business Improvement Assocation. She was at the group's annual general meeting on Tuesday, and later on Thursday she'll meet with the association's board. Some would say she's got a big job ahead of her. Josh Pagé and Mel Rothenburger grabbed a coffee and went for a stroll down Tranquille in this week's episode of Josh and the Armchair Mayor.
