Fifty-year-old Mitchell Shuter has struck it rich. He's now probably the wealthiest man in Merritt. Mitchell just won the 6/49 lottery. Eleven million dollars and change. Here he is as he claimed his prize at lottery headquarters in Kamloops yesterday.
