Highly addictive drug heads to Kelowna

Police seize 16 kilos of a synthetic, highly addictive drug. Two West Kelowna woman are arrested in connection with the importation from China. We hear from RCMP Sargeant Peter Theissen and UBCO Psychologist Marvin Krank on substance abuse.
