We received no reply to that request at all. Democracy Watch is a national non-partisan advocacy group for freedom of information and protection of democratic rights. Its members say this kind of behaviour from government employees is becoming more common, and it's dangerous. Leigh Anne Power reached Tyler Sommers of Democracy Watch in Ottawa.
