18-year-old Douglastown student wins prestigious scholarship

18-year-old Felicia Rooney-Collin is currently studying at the Cegep de la Gaspesie et des Iles, she has long dreamt of being a physician. Thanks to the prestigious Horatio Alger Award, alongside the support of her family, community & college, her dreams of being the first anglophone pre-med student from Douglastown can be better realized. Jacquie spoke with Felicia and Cegep Student Advisor Gaye Wadham.
