New Year's Eve traditions from around the world

Or maybe you'll stay home and watch the ball drop in Times Square, or the Bye Bye on Radio-Canada. Whatever you decide to do, you'll probably be marking the coming of the New Year in some way or other. It seems to be a universal urge. We were curious to find out about New Years Eve traditions that come from other parts of the world. Host Elizabeth Robertson called up a few Quebeckers to find out how the New Year is celebrated in Germany, Portugal, Venezuela and Haiti.
