Voter suppression allegations

The Ontario Liberals have filed a complaint about letters sent by the Progressive Conservative party which appear to mislead voters about their polling location. Giacomo Panico spoke about it with Jean-Pierre Kingsley, former Chief Electoral Officer of Elections Canada.
