District Profile:

Once a separate community, these suburbs in the north of Charlottetown are now part of the city. In addition to suburban Sherwood, the district includes the University of Prince Edward Island, a growing light industrial district and the Island's largest retail centre.

While the university and its residences fall into this district, a large student population living across University Avenue from UPEI falls into another district.
