Riding Profile: Apart from retail properties along the west side of University Avenue, this riding - the northwest corner of Charlottetown - is almost exclusively residential.

There is a broad mix of residents. Some of the largest houses in the city are in this riding along Queen Elizabeth Drive, but the northern part of the riding is home to the largest concentration of UPEI students living outside the residences.
