Amanda is currently back at home in Port Alberni, working towards achieving her high school diploma, working full time at a 7-11 and apprenticing as a tattoo artist. She and Adrian have broken up. Adrian is also living in Port Alberni, with a new girlfriend, although he says he's still in love with Amanda.

After our cameras left Danse, we'd heard from one of the local merchants that he'd been run over by a double dump truck while sleeping and suffered two broken feet! The truck driver didn't even know he had run over a human being. Someone eventually phoned an ambulance, he went to the hospital and was released later that day with two casts (no wheelchair, and no place to live!)
Somehow he got a wheelchair, but
was in terrible pain. Danse has reconnected with his brother (who is a carver in Victoria) and his
sister (who does marketing in San Diego). Danse's sister said she is trying to get a commission from a gallery owner she knows in San Diego for her brothers to carve a pole. She's anxious to help get Danse off the street.
Michael Osbourne is still living in the Granville Residence and his flower business is flourishing. Still on dope, he has not signed up for any support programs.
Erika has left the apartment where Nijole placed her. No news of her whereabouts, unfortunately.
