Grilled Cheese with Apples: Healthy Moblees Recipe

Cheese and apples are a match made in heaven. This sandwich makes a great lunch or an easy supper!

  • 4 slices whole-wheat bread
  • cooking spray
  • 1 green apple, cored and sliced thin
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese

1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Spray well with cooking spray and add bread.
2. Divide apple evenly between bread and top each with a slice of cheese. Cover each half with the remaining bread and spray the tops with cooking spray.
3. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, flip the sandwiches and cook until the cheese is melted.
