KIDS' CBC DAYS!
Kids' CBC Days 2012
On July 18 and 19, KIDS' CBC DAYS is the place to be! Parents and young children are invited to come out and enjoy two special days at the CBC Broadcasting Centre in Toronto, featuring live appearances and performances by the stars of Kids' CBC and lots of fun, free activities. Come rain or shine! This event is both indoors and outdoors.
When: Wednesday, July 18 and Thursday, July 19, 2012 from 10:00am to 2:00pm
Where: CBC Broadcasting Centre Atrium - 250 Front Street West, Toronto, ON
Admission: FREE
Who: Best suited for 2-6 year-old children
Daycares and groups welcome. Registration is not required

This year's 30-minute stage show stars Kids' CBC hosts Patty, Sid, Mamma Yamma and Captain Claw along with Cat in the Hat, Super Why and Woofster, Huckle from Busytown Mysteries and Antony from What's Your News?

Be a part of the Kids' CBC "Party Song" Music Video taping that will be broadcast on TV!
The Doodlebops! July 19 only
Dance and sing along as The Doodlebops will perfom live on stage featuring Deedee, Rooney, and Moe from the TV cast!
Artzooka! with Jeremie
Our crafty Artzooka! host Jeremie shows how to make a caterpillar...and a butterfly! When he's not on stage, come by the Artzooka Creative Cove and meet him in person!
SPECIAL APPEARANCES
Anne-Marie Mediwake
On July 18, meet CBC Toronto News at 6 host Anne-Marie Mediwake. She'll be at the CBC Toronto table from noon to 1:00pm.
Jordan Francis
Meet celebrity teen host of Cross Country Fun Hunt, Jordan Francis (Rock Camp 2, Connor Undercover). Find him in the Cross Country Fun Hunt tent in Simcoe Park where he'll sign autographs, give some dance lessons, and show you how to join the Cross Country Fun Hunt!
Cat in the Hat
For the very first time ever, the Cat in the Hat will be at Kids' CBC Days! He'll do meet & greets each day; July 18 at 10:30 and July 19 at 11:15. You can also see him on stage in the Kids' CBC LIVE stage show.
Super WHY and Woofster
Super readers to the rescue! Whyatt and his new friend Woofster will be doing meet & greets throughout the day at the Super Why "W is for Watermelon" activity station, a great summer craft table run by momstown.ca. They're also in the Kids' CBC LIVE stage show at 10:00 and 1:30pm each day. Watch for new episodes of Super Why featuring Woofster starting August 20 on Kids' CBC.
Chirp!
Brand new to Kids' CBC Days, meet Chirp, the bright yellow bird from the popular magazine series for preschoolers of the same name, brought to you by OwlKids
Gi-Ant and Antony from What's Your News?
It's Antony's very first time at Kids' CBC Days! Meet Gi-ant and Antony at the What's Your News? news desk, get your photo taken and let them know what your news is! Antony is also part of the Kids' CBC LIVE stage show.

COOL ACTIVITIES
Operation ROAR
Operation ROAR is a spy-themed scavenger hunt for parents and preschoolers. "Agents" pick up their top-secret dossiers at the Welcome Desk, then receive clues from Special Operative Lion on their smart devices. When agents complete their mission, they return to "base" for cool spy prizes!
Are We There Yet? Animal Adventure
Head out to Simcoe Park to see a zebra, a snake, a lemur and a kangaroo! See demonstrations by the Bowmanville Zoo.
