Once again, Outfront and the Deep
Wireless Festival have commissioned four pieces of audio
art.
Today, Debashis Sinha of Toronto tries to evoke the power
of the Festival of Durga, a festival to the Hindu Mother Goddess
of the people of Bengal. The emotional impact of this festival
is an element of life that he finds lacking in North America.
Deep Wireless is a festival produced in Toronto by New
Adventures in Sound Art, with residences at Charles Street
Video.
