CBC Ottawa's investigative unit, looks into the case of ZDG.

In the next few weeks, Chinese state-owned enterprise will set up shop in  the same building as Invest Ottawa, the city's economic development agency.

But just last week, a US report accused the Chinese military of launching cyberattacks against businesses.
