Students on Ice

We may be worried about too much hot, dry weather here in Ottawa.

But up in Iqualuit, their problem is too much ice.

That's threatening a program which sends 75 teens from around the world to the Arctic. It's called Students on Ice. 

So will it have to be put "on ice"?
