Danielle Nacu Scholarship

A white-painted 'ghost' bicycle still marks where Danielle Nacu died on Queen Street. But now, a more lasting legacy is taking shape at the University of Ottawa.  Hallie Cotnam brings the story of the scholarship being set up in Danielle's name.
