A bus driver reflects on the Barrhaven crash
The funeral for Dave Woodard, the driver of the double decker that crashed into a VIA passenger train two weeks ago, was held today. He was the last victim of the crash to be buried. Six people in total died in the collision. An OC Transpo bus driver joins Robyn to talk about how bus drivers have been reacting to the collision and Dave Woodard's death.

The Anti-Bullying App
The Ottawa Catholic School Board has come up with a new way for students to report bullies -- from their smartphones. The app allows them to report anonymous "tips" that are then shared with school staff. This morning, Robyn spoke with a psychologist about the usefulness of such an app.

Keeping Ottawa schools safe from intruders
Students and staff at D. Roy Kennedy Public School had a bit of a scare Thursday morning. Ottawa Police say a man in his 50s entered the building with what turned out to be a fake gun. Police wound up subduing the man with a taser but it was a real cause for concern for staff, students and their families. So, in a situation like this - is there anything that could have prevented the man from getting into the school? We put the question to Brett Reynolds, the board's principal of Inclusive, Safe and Caring Programs:

Gavan's Hotel in Quyon gets Hall of Fame treatment
At Gavan's Hotel, they kept a fiddle and guitar behind the bar. The legendary Quyon hotel will be inducted into the Ottawa Valley Country Music Hall of Fame this weekend. Gail Gavan, the original owner's daughter, sings its praises with Robyn:
