Dan Seguin (@seguinsports) talks to a 16 year old hockey referee with cystic fibrosis. He used to play the game but after several concussions had to give it up. Nowadays he's a referee and he loves it. Most recently he participated in the Bell Capital Cup and learned different referee phrases in 7 languages so he could talk to all the teams.
Tuesday, January 24th

A recreational men's hockey player and key league organizer returns to the rink after suffering a near fatal heart attack on ice. Brent Bradley was saved by team mates during the game. Obviously his family is grateful but we'll hear from his "hockey family" - all the people that play in leagues he organizes.

Dan Seguin talks to Amanda Ieradi, a very small, very talented female hockey player with dreams of making it to the Olympic team. She is part of the Senators women's hockey club, a club quickly gaining reputation as a hockey factory for very good female players.

We take a look at Junior hockey fans: loud, passionate, sometimes obnoxious, but always very loyal. Dan talks to a group of fans called the Asylum. They sit right behind their opponent's bench at Ottawa 67's games and try to drive the team and their coach crazy. They're very good at what they do.
