Asian Heritage Month, May 2011

May is Asian Heritage Month, a time for all Canadians to experience Asian culture and to learn about the history and contributions of Asian Canadians.
The Ottawa Asian Heritage Month Society is a non-profit, non-political and non-religious pan-Asian organization. The OAHMS has representatives/organizations/individuals from the following cultures: Bangladeshi, Cambodian, Chinese, East Indian, Filipino, Japanese, Indonesian, Iranian, Korean, Nepalese, Malaysian, Mongolian, Pakistani, Thai, Turkish and Vietnamese.
