Frustration at pipeline hearings

The Joint Review Panel for the proposed enbridge pipeline is meant to help people have their voices heard, but some are unhappy with the process. Sarah De Leeuw, an assistant professor with the Northern Medical Program at UBC, talks about her experience. Annie Roy, spokesperson for the Joint Review Panel, responds.
