Fish farm fight goes to top court

Can First Nations be considered a "class" with a common claim for rights such as protection of salmon stocks? The B.C. Court of Appeal says no. Bob Chamberlain, chief of the Kwicksutaineuk/Ah-Kwa-Mish First Nation, talks about plans to appeal that ruling to the Supreme Court of Canada.
