Contaminated soil site debated

Cowichan Valley regional directors are talking again this week about a proposal that's generated a lot of opposition in the community: a bid to turn a quarry site into a dump for contaminated soil near the Shawnigan Lake watershed. CVRD director Bruce Fraser explains what's on the agenda and what he thinks about the proposal.
