They say the agency is responsible for the helicopter crash that killed 17 people in a strongly worded letter to the federal transportation minister. Lori Chynn lives in Deer Lake. Snow Sculptures In Grand Falls - Windsor

Making snow sculptures of your teachers may not sound like a good idea - you wouldn’t want to embarrass them …or would you? It’s Winter Carnival Week at the College of the North Atlantic in Grand Falls-Windsor. Students and faculty spent one morning in the snow with carving knives and food coloring.
