Oily birds update/old sunken boat

The mystery of the oily birds off Fogo and Change Islands is one step closer to being solved.  On April 26, Ted spoke with Bob Grant from the Coast Guard.  He said they were looking into the matter, and would have crews out on the water this past weekend.  Today we get an update from Mr. Grant.
