Surrey Transit Needs

Surrey is Metro Vancouver's second largest city, and also it's fastest growing.
Transportation is its number one issue and that's why, instead of waiting for Translink, the city has applied directly to the federal government to fund its proposed light rail transit lines.
Tom Gill is a Surrey City Councillor, he's also the Chair of Surrey's transportation committee and we spoke with him today.
