RBC's public relations nightmare

Geoffrey Rowan, the Managing Director of Ketchum Public Relations, says RBC should have done a better job in communicating with the public as they dealt with the temporary foreign worker controversy this week.

RBC CEO Gordon Nixon apologized for his company's outsourcing controversy.
