Multi-million dollar Harbour Centre renovations push out mom and pop stores, says owner of Cookies of Course

The Harbour Centre in downtown Vancouver will undergo a multi-million dollar renovation starting this April. Alan Boysen, owner of Cookies of Course, says he won't be able to afford to keep his store open in the food court and will be forced to leave after 29 years there.
