B.C. budget will be hard on province's most vulnerable, says advocate

It's been more than a year since the B.C. government pledged to improve services for people with developmental disabilities. Faith Bodnar, the executive director with Inclusion BC, says the new budget means Community Living B.C. will have less money to service more clients.
