Judge denies Auditor General access to documents in BC Rail trial
The BC Supreme Court has struck down the Auditor General's application to see government documents connected to the BC Rail trial. Auditor General says the information was essential for an audit of the government's handling of the case and its decision to pay the defendants' legal fees.
