Paralyzed B.C. Teen Gets Apology For Long Surgery Wait

It took 27 months for an Okanagan teenager diagnosed with a serious spinal condition to get a date for surgery. A  report from the BC quality care review board said the health authority failed two Okanagan teens in not providing timely care. We speak to the health minister.
