Toyota recalls millions of vehicles... again.

Toyota is recalling 7.4 million vehicles worldwide, about 240,000 of them in Canada.
The problem is an improperly greased power-window switch that can cause friction and smoke.
Now of course, this is not the first recall to plague the Japanese car-maker.
Stephen Quinn speaks with Phil Edmonston, the author of the Lemonaid guides and an expert on consumer protection within the auto industry.
