Gary Mason on John Furlong Abuse Allegations

Former VANOC Chair John Furlong is being accused of abusing students while teaching at a Northern BC school during the 1960s. On Thursday Furlong held a press conference to deny these allegations and welcome further investigation.  Globe and Mail Columnist Gary Mason is the co-author of Furlong's memoir, titled "Patriot Hearts: Inside the Olympics that Changed a Country". Mason says Furlong never mentioned that part of his past when they were writing the book.
