The BC Legislature: An archaic stone building, or a place for democracy?

There will be no fall sitting of the BC Legislature this year. While not incredibly unusual, the announcement from the BC Government came just before the start of Elections Canada's "Democracy Week". In honour of the occasion, Stephen Quinn speaks with Max Cameron. He's the Director of the Centre for the Study of Democratic Institutions, at UBC.
