Report recommends changes to reform BC justice system to address delays

Geoffrey Cowper, the author of the report, says the system is failing to meet the public's expectations in several respects - and he made more than 40 recommendations to improve justice in BC. Cowper is a lawyer and the chair of the Justice Reform Initiative.
