Kevin Falcon's resignation could be a sign of problems ahead for BC Liberals

The BC finance minister has announced he's stepping down from provincial politics. He will not seek office next May - and he's resigned from cabinet. Globe and Mail columnist Gary Mason says this is a blow to the Liberal party and Premier Christy Clark.
