Another Liberal MLA not running again

Bill Barisoff, a Liberal MLA for Penticton, and the Speaker of the House, says he won't run in the 2013 election. On the Coast guest host Rebecca Zandbergen spoke with CBC Legislative reporter Stephen Smart, to find out what this means for BC politics.
