B.C. Carbon Tax Controversy

The Canadian Taxpayer's Federation wants the B.C. government to repeal the carbon tax immediately.  UBC Professor William Rees disagrees.  He says the government should raise the carbon tax and direct revenue towards green infrastructure projects.
