Northern Gateway Pipeline: What's next?

The B.C. Liberal government has broken its silence on Enbridge's Northern Gateway Pipeline. The province outlined five minimum requirements to consider supporting the pipeline in a press conference Monday. Thomas Gunton is the Director of the Resources and Environmental Planning program at Simon Fraser University. He says B.C. has options in stopping or stalling the project.
