B.C. NDP Leader on Liberal pipeline plan

The B.C. Liberal government has announced five minimum requirements to consider supporting Enbridge's Northern Gateway Pipeline. Environment Minister Terry Lake made the announcement at a press conference Monday morning. B.C. NDP Leader Adrian Dix joined us for his response to the announcement.
