How gun violence in public spaces affects our sense of safety

The mass shooting in Colorado and a gun-related incident that killed two people at a community barbecue in Toronto are raising concerns about public safety. Psychiatrist Dr. Irvin Wolkoff says  this kind of violence makes people feel insecure and anxious about their own safety.
