US regulator criticizes Enbridge handling of Michigan oil spill

Miller lives along the Kalamazoo River in Michigan and her property is
next to one of the areas most affected by the oil spill in 2010. She
feels encouraged by the report by the National Transportation Safety
Board but says Enbridge hasn't done enough.
