Missing Women Inquiry

Today the spotlight at the Missing Women Commission of Inquiry was on Randi Connor, the Crown prosecutor who decided to stay the attempted murder charges against serial killer Robert Pickton in 1998. CBC reporter Belle Puri brought us the details.
